Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy

Silver Lining does not offer an exchange or return of goods for change of mind, so please shop mindfully. Please feel free to contact us at info@balisilverlining.com

If you have any questions or queries relating to a particular product you are interested in purchasing, you can contact us at info@balisilverlining.com
Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to Silver Lining within 72 hours from receipt of parcel to us at info@balisilverlining.com
Please include an image depicting the damage/fault, your name, order number and contact details.

Once your email has been reviewed, and we are satisfied that an error was made in the consignment of the product purchased or that a fault occurred prior to the item being delivered to you, we will contact you and where applicable, arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. If a replacement piece is not available we will offer a credit note or exchange. Where Silver Lining is at fault, Silver Lining will pay the shipping costs for returning the faulty or incorrect item to Silver Lining and for dispatching the replacement item to you.

Items being returned must be sent back to Silver Lining within 10 days of receipt of order, in original and unused condition. Silver Lining will not be liable for items broken in return transit due to inappropriate packaging on your behalf.
